Hi friend!
If you feel stuck in your health or weight loss journey, you are not alone.
Have you ever felt like you get motivated, start strong, and then slowly fall off again? That was me for years. Honestly, probably for the last ten plus years. As a busy mom, I always felt like I was trying to do all the things all the time, and it just was not sustainable.
I am happy to say that I finally feel like I am on the other side of that cycle. Not because I found a magic fix, but because I stopped chasing perfection and built a system that actually works for real life.
Below I am sharing the tools and products I personally use to support my health, energy, and confidence. Nothing extreme. Nothing all or nothing. Just simple things that help me stay consistent.
A Quick Note:
I know it may not be realistic or feasible to get all of these things at once, and that is completely okay. This is not meant to be an all or nothing list.
Think of this page as a resource you can come back to over time. Bookmark it and reference it whenever you are ready to add or try something new. Even one small change can make a difference.
Tracking and Awareness Tools
One of the biggest shifts for me was learning to pay attention without obsessing. Awareness has been key.
Apple Watch and Oura Ring
You definitely do not need both, but here is how I use them.
I have worn an Apple Watch for as long as I can remember and I honestly cannot bring myself to stop. I mainly use it to track daily step count, movement, and activity throughout the day.
I added the Oura Ring a little over a year ago and it completely changed how I think about rest and recovery. I use it to track sleep quality, readiness, recovery, and overall trends. It helps me make better decisions instead of just pushing through when my body needs rest.
If I had to choose one for overall health awareness, Oura would be my top pick.

HUME Body Pod
If you have ever done an InBody scan, you know how helpful they are. You also know how expensive and inconvenient they can be.
I used to do InBody scans at my old gym every couple of months, and some places charge fifty dollars or more each time. In 2024, my dad found the HUME Body Pod and we both ended up getting one.
I love it.
The HUME Body Pod uses eight frequency sensors to provide detailed body composition data including weight, fat mass, muscle mass, and heart health metrics. The sensors in the handle scan your torso, arms, legs, and heart with up to ninety eight percent accuracy.
The best part is that I can check in weekly or even daily from home. No appointments. No guessing. Knowledge really is power, and this helps me see what is actually happening so I can make adjustments without obsessing.
Health and Recovery Tools
These are the things that help my body feel supported, not punished.
Sunlighten Sauna
This is definitely a bigger investment, but one I would make again without hesitation.
Regular sauna use has become a huge part of my recovery and stress management. I personally have the two seater option, which includes multiple programs, chromotherapy, and red light panels in the mPulse.
I use it to unwind, support circulation, and give my nervous system a break. If a home sauna is within your budget, I highly recommend it.
Vibration Plate
I use my vibration plate almost every single day, usually for ten to fifteen minutes.
Mine sits right by my bathroom counter, which makes it incredibly easy to use while brushing my teeth, washing my face, or getting ready. This has been key for consistency.
It supports circulation, lymphatic flow, and gentle movement, especially on days when I do not feel like working out. It helps my body feel more awake and less stiff, and it has become one of my favorite habits.
Weighted Vest
If you want to enhance your daily walks or vibration sessions without adding more time, a weighted vest is an easy option.
You do not need anything heavy. For most women, ten to fifteen pounds is more than enough. I use mine during walks to gently increase intensity and support strength and bone health.

Supplements and Peptides
This is a personal topic and there is a lot of noise online, so I always encourage you to do your own research and talk with a qualified professional if needed.
Peptides are essentially small messengers that help the body function more efficiently. There are both oral and injectable options depending on goals and medical guidance.
Ellie MD
Ellie MD is a reputable telehealth company where you submit your information to an actual medical provider who prescribes what is appropriate for your goals.
Through Ellie MD, I have used a GLP1 at a microdose and NAD+. I personally have not experienced negative side effects from either and have felt supported throughout the process. I am excited to try even more!
Make Wellness
At the beginning of 2026, I decided to try products from Make Wellness even though I truly did not want to like them at first.
I started with the Breakthru Stack, which focuses on performance, recovery, lean muscle support, metabolism, cravings, and deep and REM sleep. I was genuinely surprised by how much better I felt.
After that, I added a few more products. Everything has tasted great, caused no jitters, and delivered noticeable benefits.
The products I currently take daily are Fit, Lean, Energize, Hydrate, and Restored. I also keep Calm and Focus on hand and use those as needed.

Protein
In our house, we rotate between Arbonne and Shaklee protein.
Both are vegan, non GMO, clean, and taste great. You really cannot go wrong with either, and prioritizing protein has made a big difference for me.

Vitamins
I currently use Gruns and Shaklee vitamins to help fill nutritional gaps.

LMNT Salt Water
LMNT is a staple for hydration and electrolytes in my routine.
I have tried a lot of electrolyte products, and aside from Make Wellness Hydrate, this is the only other one I consistently use and love.
Want to Learn More About Peptides?
Because peptides can feel confusing or controversial, I always encourage education and personal research.
One resource that helped me understand peptides in a much clearer and non alarmist way is this episode from The Genius Life. It breaks down what peptides are, how they work in the body, and why more people are exploring them as part of their health journey in a very approachable way.

As always, peptides are a personal decision and something I recommend discussing with a qualified medical professional.
Final Thoughts
None of this is about perfection. I still enjoy treats. I still live real life. I just stopped trying to do everything at once and started focusing on habits that felt doable.
Consistency changed everything for me.
If you are in a season of rebuilding your health and confidence in a realistic way, I hope this helps!
